These insightful, guided practices are for those being held in repeating patterns, perpetuating thoughts, and behaviours – those who have hit the threshold of knowing that feeling the way you do today isn’t what you want to bring with you into tomorrow. This is a place to honour your feelings, find growth from your pain and examine your imprints. This is about challenging all parts of ourselves that think they need to be “fixed” and instead exploring new ways to experience wholeness. This practice is for those who are struggling with:

I honour your readiness and I understand this time will include a dynamic, shifting energy. We will work within a space of utmost respect for feelings as they present themselves. This includes an honorable and brave space to express and explore, a trusting and open dialogue and neurosomatic practices.  This brave space creates the freedom (your felt sense of safety) to feel into the body and respect every part of you.

Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses the breath and body to explore and initiate deeper realms of the subconscious. When we consciously direct the breath, we are consciously engaging with the nervous system – a wise communication system between our feelings, emotions, and body sensations.

Through breath and nervous system awareness, we are able to influence our sense of safety, allowing the doors of the subconscious library to open and the stories to present themselves. This is the background script that drives a lot of our emotional patterns, actions, looping behaviors and body awareness. The breath channels continual self-awareness and radical self-discovery. We leave words behind and begin to communicate with the wordless wisdom of the body.

Our heart is wired with bio-intelligence that receives intuitive information before sending it to our brain . When we tap into this wisdom, we will be guided by our feelings (interoception) versus repeating patterning and conditioned responses (perception).

The heart is much more intelligent than our mind (even though we have been conditioned to BELIEVE otherwise). We access this intelligence through Heart Coherence. This is a highly efficient physiological state in which you witness all systems and rhythms in the body working optimally and harmoniously – GAMA brain waves, nervous system, cardiovascular, hormonal and immune system. This coherent state trains your nervous system to respond and recover from stress, anxiety, and fear. Heart Coherence is the ultimate state of unity that strengthens your intuition and emotional regulation so you can confidently lead with the heart, not your fears.

The Nervous System is our antenna reading the field both around and within us. It delivers messages from the body to the brain signaling if we are aroused or calm. Because of evolution, we are now stuck in a sympathetic state (aroused) 80% of the time. This means our body is on high alert and so are our feelings. This does not bode well over time causing an inflamed body and inflamed stress. We can, however, communicate directly with the Nervous System through the Vagus Nerve using many bodywork practices. When we have the tools to “tone” our Vagus Nerve, we can directly manipulate the nervous system allowing us to better adapt to our environment and stabilize our stress response. We can re-condition our bodies to feel and witness higher states of being.
