The Body Map is a four-week group coaching and breathwork circle that focuses on nurturing the nervous system.

Learning and caring for the nervous system will help us understand and feel through stress, anxiety and burnout.

Our body is innately wise and incredibly good at communicating. In this fast-past life we lead, we often become detached from this source of wisdom and default to the mind for answers. However, when we turn to the body for advice instead of the mind, many deep insights begin to unfold. It becomes our steadfast compass and navigation tool for charting the course of life. We can use our biology to map our emotions and to navigate our feelings, seeing our conditioning and removing our imprints.

We will be working with body-based practices and transformational tools that work quickly, have long-lasting effects and that upgrade our biology for the better.

The intention of body and breath is to hold a brave space that allows our body to become our guide and safe place to feel. 

When we breathe and move, we drop out of the head and into the body to feel ourselves in the present moment. This is a space to fully connect with ourselves, with our body, our emotions and our feelings so we can experience a guiding and transformational wisdom that each of us has within us.

This is where we take the time for practical action, move beyond our “fixation of fixing” our feelings, numbing and running from the uncomfortable.

This breathing and moving space guides you in somatic practices that move not only our physical body, but our emotional body.

We are an inclusive, non-judgmental, trauma-aware space rooted in both science-based practices and soul work for feeling through this human experience with support, connection and ever-expanding  consciousness.
